This expo was created to bring our sewing and bag-making community together — a place where we can learn, share, and support each other. Whether you’re a beginner, a seasoned maker, or simply curious, I hope you find inspiration, new skills, and a sense of connection here.

About Sac Bag ’N Sew Expo
Sac Bag ’N Sew began with a simple question: why doesn’t Northern California have its own sewing and bag-making expo?
From that moment, the idea turned into a mission — to create a place where bag makers and sewists could come together, learn from one another, and build a warm, supportive community.
Our inaugural event, held September 12–14, 2025, exceeded every expectation. We welcomed incredible instructors, hosted inspiring classes, and featured a vendor hall filled with diverse, high-quality bag-making supplies.
And this is only the beginning.
Next year’s expo, August 21–24, 2026, is shaping up to be even more exciting. We’re adding an extra day to introduce full 8-hour workshops, offering deeper, more immersive learning experiences. Many of our amazing teachers are returning, and we’re thrilled to welcome new names — including Siah, Susan, and Nicole from Sewgnar.
With more classes, more inspiration, and more opportunities to connect, 2026 promises to be a truly unforgettable year for everyone who joins us.
